Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales (Provo)

— Consumer Alert —

It has come to our attention that an individual posing as "" is attempting to defraud consumers by offering villas including our own property for weekly rental at substantially reduced rates. At some point, a legitimate enquiry made through websites such as Flipkey, VRBO, Homeaway or our agency partner TC Villas is being intercepted, and an email response sent by someone claiming to represent Turtle Breeze is then sent to the consumer offering a 50% discount because of a recent cancellation, or similar "scam".

At this time, we urge you to please note that if its sounds too good to be true, it probably is! All reservations for our villa have to be made either directly with our Knoxville, TN based rental office, or TC Villas. In some instances a third-party travel agency may book our villa on your behalf, but that agency will ultimately have to confirm the booking with either Turtle Breeze Properties or TC Villas. If you have any concerns about the legitimacy of an offer you receive, please contact us through any of the options on our website at

As with similar fraud schemes NEVER wire funds via instant wire services such as Western Union or Moneygram. Turtle Breeze Properties accepts only personal or certified check, credit card or wire transfer direct to our bank in Knoxville, Tennnessee.

Miles of sugar-white, sandy beach and turquoise waters surround this breath-taking vacation villa nestled on two beautifully landscaped acres of stunning Grace Bay beachfront! Providenciales, most commonly known as "Provo", is by far the most developed of all the Turks and Caicos Islands and also the main travel destination. Geographically located at the southern tip of the Bahama Chain, but politically British, Provo offers an away-from-it-all destination with spectacular beaches and friendly people. The climate is perfect year-round with comfortable trade winds ever present, all on a Caribbean island noted for its great restaurants, easy fishing, SCUBA, snorkeling, golf, and much more.

One of the slogans of the Turks and Caicos Tourist Board is "Beautiful by Nature" and there is certainly no shortage of natural beauty on land or underwater!
